Is everything really gluten-free? +

Yes — every single item in every box is 100% gluten-free and coeliac safe. We never include items that are 'may contain' gluten.

How does shipping work? +

Shipping is £3.99 for most Mainland UK regions via next-day delivery. Non Mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight etc.) is charged at a higher rate which you'll see at checkout.

When will my box arrive? +

Boxes ship around the 15th–17th of each month. Orders placed after the 14th will roll to the following month's box.

Can I pause or cancel? +

Absolutely — you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your Skio customer portal. No lock-in, no hassle.

How do gift subscriptions work? +

You choose a duration (3, 6, or 12 months) and pay upfront including shipping for the full duration. The recipient receives a box each month for the duration you've chosen.

Are the boxes vegetarian? +

Yes — all boxes are gluten-free and vegetarian. We don't include meat or fish products. We don't currently offer a vegan box, though some items may be vegan.

What if I have other dietary requirements? +

We offer four boxes: Classic, Premium, Dairy Free, and Oat Free — all gluten-free and vegetarian. We don't offer custom product swaps within boxes.

How do I manage my subscription? +

Manage your subscription anytime in your account at /a/account - skip a month, pause, cancel, swap your box type, and update your delivery address & payment details. You're always in control.

Is there a minimum commitment? +

No — subscribe month-to-month and cancel anytime before the 14th of the month to avoid being charged for the next box.

Do you ship outside the UK? +

We currently ship within the UK only, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands (at a higher rate shown at checkout).
