1. About us
GF Yourself! is operated from the United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can pause or cancel at any time through your Skio customer portal. To avoid being charged for the next box, changes must be made before the 14th of the month.
3. Pricing
- Classic Box — £32.50/month
- Premium Box — £40.00/month
- Dairy Free Box — £35.00/month
- Oat Free Box — £35.00/month
Shipping is £3.99 for UK Mainland. Non-Mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight) is charged at a higher rate shown at checkout. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
4. Delivery
Boxes ship around the 15th–17th of each month via DPD next-day delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once dispatched. Delivery to non-Mainland UK addresses may take longer.
5. Gift subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed duration (3, 6, or 12 months). The full amount including shipping is charged upfront. Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once redeemed.
6. Returns & refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If your box arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@gfyourself.co.uk with photos and we will make it right.
7. Allergens
Every product in our boxes is gluten-free and coeliac safe. However, individual products may contain other allergens (dairy, nuts, soya etc.). Full allergen information is available on each product's packaging. It is your responsibility to check individual product labels if you have additional allergies.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Skio portal. Cancellations made after the 14th of the month will take effect from the following month's billing cycle.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
